Lynn A. DeRouen has served as the Secretary of the Board since the bank’s inception. Mr. DeRouen is a local attorney and has been practicing law in New Iberia since 10/77. He also is a founding director of IPAL, President of Community Concert Association, Member of the Board of the ARC (Association of Retarded Citizens), and a member of the Office of Community Service of Neglect & Abuse.

Darryl J. Elias, Sr has served as the Chairman of the Board since the bank’s inception. He is a local physician with the medical firm of Woman’s Clinic in New Iberia. Dr. Elias also currently serves as a director of Iberia General Hospital.

James B. Falterman, Jr. has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Dr. Falterman is an internist and has a family practice in New Iberia since 1984. He also is the medical director for LSU University Medical Center in Lafayette, LA.

James A. Holleman has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Mr. Holleman is an Executive Vice President of Superior Energy Services. He is a member of the National Ocean Industry Assn, the Offshore Marine Service Assn. and Ducks Unlimited.

Gregory Inzerella has served as a director since the bank’s inception. He is senior partner of Inzerella, Feldman, Brady, Broussard and Pourciau, a local CPA firm in New Iberia. He also serves as senior partner of Investment and Financial Consulting, LLC in New Iberia.

Jackie Judice has served as a director since the bank’s inception. He is a local sugar cane farmer and is President of Northside Planting, LLC. Mr. Judice also serves as Director of the American Sugarcane League and on the Board of the Farm Service Agency State Executive Committee. He is also President of Iberia Discount Tire Service.

Benny Menard has served as President & CEO of Community First Bank since its inception. He also serves as a director and past president of Safety Net of Abused Persons (SNAP).

Wayne Pourciau has served as a director since the bank’s inception. He is a local real estate and business investor. Mr. Pourciau currently serves as part-owner of Double Eagle Marine LLC of New Iberia.

Craig Romero has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Senator Romero is currently serves as senator for the State of Louisiana. Senator Romero has served on numerous committees and organizations in Iberia Parish and was previously Parish President before being elected as State Senator.

W. Perry Stokes, Jr. has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Dr. Stokes is a local gastroenterologist and has been practicing since 1985. He is president of Iberia Gastroenterology Associates, Inc. and Acadiana Surgery Center Inc. both in New Iberia.
