Lynn A. DeRouen has served as the Secretary of the Board since the bank’s inception. Mr. DeRouen is a local attorney and financial advisor. He has been in practice for over 30 years. He is a founding directory of IPAL, Member of the Board of the ARC (Association of Retarded Citizens), and a consultant for the Office of Community Service of Neglect & Abuse.

Darryl J. Elias, Sr. has served as the Chairman of the Board since the bank’s inception. He is a local physician serving as Director of Gynecology at LSU Medical Center in Lafayette, LA.

James B. Falterman, Jr. has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Dr. Falterman is an internist and has a family practice in New Iberia since 1984. He also is the medical director for LSU University Medical Center in Lafayette, LA.

James A. Holleman has served as a Director since the bank’s inception. Mr. Holleman is an Executive Vice President of Superior Energy Services. He is a member of the National Ocean Industry Assn., the Offshore Marine Service Assn., Ducks Unlimited, C.C.A. and Board of Director La. Oil & Gas Assn. He is a past Board Member of Boys & Girls Club of Lafayette and past Board Member of Offshore Marine Service Assn.

Gregory Inzerella has served as a Director since the bank’s inception. He is Senior partner of Inzerella, Feldman and Pourciau, a local CPA firm in New Iberia. He also serves as a member of DSF Wealth Management in New Iberia.

Jackie Judice has served as a Director since the bank’s inception. He is a retired sugar cane farmer. Mr. Judice is President of Iberia Discount Tire Service, part owner and President of Sandy’s Place Restaurant and public relations for M A Patout.

Benny Menard has served as President & CEO of Community First Bank since its inception. Mr. Menard is a choir member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church. He is past Chairman of Greater Iberia Chamber of Commerce, past President Safety Net of Abused Persons (SNAP), past Chairman & current Board member Iberia Parish Enhancement Fund (Community Foundation of Acadiana) and past Presient of New Iberia Optimist Club.

Wayne Pourciau has served as a director since the bank’s inception. He is a local real estate and business investor. Mr. Pourciau currently serves as part-owner of Double Eagle Marine LLC of New Iberia.

Craig Romero has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Senator Romero is currently serves as senator for the State of Louisiana. Senator Romero has served on numerous committees and organizations in Iberia Parish and was previously Parish President before being elected as State Senator.

W. Perry Stokes, Jr. has served as a director since the bank’s inception. Dr. Stokes is a local gastroenterologist and has been practicing since 1985. He is president of Iberia Gastroenterology Associates, Inc. and Acadiana Surgery Center Inc. both in New Iberia.
